If you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been processed or shipped, please reach out to us and we will try to cancel your order with our warehouse. Please note, that we are not always able to cancel orders depending on warehouse process times. Please email us with your order number at info@poseidonanimalhealth.com.
If your order has already been processed, we are unable to accept the return.
Damaged Products:
If the product arrives damaged, please send us a photo for assessment as well as the batch and order number. After review, if approved, a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that some banks may take 2 to 5 business days to process the refund.
